Q: CAN I TOUR THE APARTMENTS?
A: Yes, please call to schedule a tour or use our home page virtual agent.

Q: WHAT TYPES OF APARTMENTS ARE OFFERED?
A: Affordable 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.

Q: WHAT IS THE PET POLICY?
A: We are a pet-friendly community with no breed or size restrictions! We require a $400 refundable deposit. Pet rent is $45/dog and $30/cat.

Q: IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
A: Residents can park at the Victory Ramp for a discounted price. Metered street parking is also available.

Q: IS SUBLETTING ALLOWED?
A: No.

Q: DO YOU HAVE A WAITLIST?
A: Yes, our waitlist is open. Please contact the site for more details!

Q: CAN STUDENTS QUALIFY FOR RESIDENCY?
A: In general, full-time students are not eligible. Households that consist entirely of full-time students are considered ineligible unless they meet one of the following criteria: Students who are married and entitled to a joint tax return, or single parent with child(ren) and the parent is not a dependent of someone else, and the child(ren) is/are not dependent(s) of someone other than a parent.

Q: CAN I RESERVE AN APARTMENT ONLINE?
A: Yes, we encourage you to start your online application to reserve your apartment.

Q: WHAT TYPES OF LEASE TERMS ARE AVAILABLE?
A: Generally, 12-month lease agreements are available.

Q: ARE THERE OCCUPANCY LIMITATIONS?
A: Generally, a maximum of 2 occupants per bedroom is allowed. See below details:
1 bedroom Limit 2 persons plus one to age 24 months
2 bedroom Limit 4 persons plus one to age 24 months

Q: IS THE BUILDING SMOKE-FREE?
A: Yes, we are a smoke-free community.

Q: DO I NEED RENTERS' INSURANCE?
A: Yes, renters must maintain liability coverage during the tenancy. We encourage you to use our preferred partner, Resident Shield.

Q: WHAT PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE AN APARTMENT?
A: To reserve an apartment, a $49 application is required.

Q: WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM INCOME ALLOWED TO QUALIFY?
A: Please inquire with our management office to discuss your situation. The maximum income allowed is:

Q: WHAT UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT?
A: Water/sewer, refuse and heat are included in the rent. The resident is responsible for electricity, cable TV, phone, and internet.

Q: DO YOU ACCEPT HOUSING SUPPORT VOUCHERS?
A: Yes, we accept housing support vouchers. Please contact our leasing team for more details on the application process.

Q: MY INCOME VARIES - HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH I MAKE?
A: Look at your last six pay stubs' gross earnings. Add all six up. Divide the total amount by six to figure out how much income you make per pay period. Multiply that number by the number of pay periods per year. If in doubt, give us a call and we'll help prequalify you!

Q: WHAT IS INVOLVED IN THE APPLICATION PROCESS?
A: A $50 non-refundable fee is required to process your application. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is due upon move-in (subject to change based on your application results). $300 will be charged once your application is approved which will go towards your total deposit.

If the application is canceled within 72 hours of approval, the $300 will be refunded. The $300 becomes non-refundable after 72 hours. If an applicant does not meet eligibility requirements, the $300 will be refunded.
